A HESOLDTION
WHEREAS, it has pleased Almighty God to Dell from our ranks a devoted friend and publ:
servant, A. A. Hartmann, affectionately known ae "Abie" sad,
WHEREAS, at the time of hie passing on January 9, 1959, "Abie" was serving faithfully
as Chief Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Tease, and had also previously held the offioe
oY Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County, Tezae; and
WHEREAS, he was at all times a source of friendly counsel and advise to hie fellow
county officials, having acquired over a period of nearly three decades an invaluable know-
ledge of the functions oY his offioe; and
WHEREAS, is hie passing the County oY Kerr has lost the eervloee of one of its moat
valued employees,
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Commissions re Court of Kerr County, Texas, in Regu-
lar Term convened, ezprese its deepest regret and sympathy to the family of our departed'
friend, A. A. Hartmann; and,
BE IT FUHTHEH RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution bs recorded in the official min-

On this the 12th day of January A. D. 1959, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the various monthly reports of the County ansi Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas,
and the same having been heard and considered by the Court, the Court finds that the same
are oorre ct and should be approved, therefore, on motion duly made by Commissioner David
Brewton, second ed by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that
the following reports and aaoounte be and the same are hereby ordered approved and Piled by
the County Clerk for future reference, and sub]eot to audit, as follows, to-wit:
