A HESOLDTIOH
WHEREAS, it has pleased Almighty God to Dell from our ranks a devoted friend and publi
servant, A. A. Hartmann, affeotionately known ae "Abie" and,
WHEREAS, at the time of his passing on January 9, 1959, "Abie^ was serving faithfully
ae Chief Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Teaas, and had also previously held the offioe
of Clerk of the District Court oY Kerr County, Tezae; and
WHEREAS, he was at all times a souroe of friendly counsel and advice to hie Yellow
county officials, having aoquirad over a period oY nearly three deoades an invaluable know-
ledge of the funotions of hie offioe; and
WHEREAS, in hie passing the County of Kerr has lost the services of one of its moat
valued employees,
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Commissions rs Court of Rerr County, Texas, in Regu-
lar Term oonvenefl, ezpreae its deepest regret and sympathy to the family of our departed'

House. That there will be three treatments per year, these treatments to ooaeiet of spray-
ing, dusting and then fogging the entire building Yrom basement throughout at Y35.00 per
treatment. Should there be ae~y need for additional treatment, thi^ servioe to be rendered
without additional charge. After due conelderation of the Court, motion was made by Commiea~
inner David Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Hoger Stone and unanimously approved by the
Court that said bid be aooepted for services to be rendered for a period of one year, ettect•
