On this the 12th day oY January A.D. 1959, came on to be consldered the appointment
of Earl Garrett to replace J. C. Beddingfield, deceased, on the Committee of Veterans Land
Program. And it appearing to the Court that Earl Garrett Se well gualified Yor acting on
said Committee, therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner David Brewton, and unanimously approved by the Court that Earl Garrettbe and
hereby appointed to said Committee of Administration of Veterans Land Program.
