On this the 12th day of January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered the appointment
of Earl Garrett to replace J. C. Beddingfield, deceased, on the Committee of Veterans Land
Program. And it appearing to the Court that Earl Garrett ie well gualified for aoting on
said Committee, therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, eeaonded by
Commissioner David Brewton, and unanimously approved by the Court that Earl Garrettbe and ie~
hereby appointed to said Committee of Administration of Veterans Land Program.
