On this the 12th day of January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered the appointment
of Earl Garrett to replace J. C. Beddingfield, deceased, on the Committee of Veterans Land
Program. And it appearing to the Court that Earl Garrett is well qualified for noting on
said Committee, therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, eeaonded by
Commissioner David Brewton, and unanimously approved by the Court that Earl Garrett be and ie
