On this the 12th day oY January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered by the Court the
matter of transferring the sum of 12000.00 from General Fund to Highway 41 Fund, also the e
of =2000.00 from General Fund to Officers Salary Fund. On motion duly made by Commissioner
David R. Brewton, seconded by Com~ieeioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that the Cou.,ty Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the
said some on their reapeative books.

inners Court of Kerr County, Teaae, all members of the Court being present, there came on fo:
ooneideratlon the matter of compeneatioa of the various County Officials of Kerr County,Tezai
for the year A.D. 1959, ae same ie provided for la Article 3912e, Section 2 Revised, Civil
Statutae oY Tezae. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County had a populatiott of lase
'- ~ than 20,000 inhabitants sooording to the la et Federal Ceneue, and that the intereete of the
County would be beet served if the County oYficielr of Kerr County are paid on a Salary bass
for the year A.D. 1959. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner David R. Brewton, eeoonded by
Commi eeioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, it ie ordered that the
County Offioiale of Kerr County, Tezae, be paid their salaries on the Salary Basis ae pro-
vided by law for the year A.D. 1959. Further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the
Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Publio
Aacounte, Austin, Texas.
