On thle the 12th day of January A.D. 1959r came on to be considered by the Court the
matter of transferring the sum of E2000.00 from General Fund to Highway 41 Fund, also the e
of =2000.00 from General Fund to Offloere Salary Fund. On motion duly made by Co~3seloner
David R. Brewton, eeoonded by Commissioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that the Cou..tiy Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the
said some on their respective books.

inners Court oY Kerr County, Teaae, all members of the Court being present, there came on fo
ooneideratioa the matter of compeneati on of the various County Ofticisle of Kerr County,Teza
for the year A.D. 1959, as same is provided Por in Articls 3912e, Seotion 2 Revised, Civil
Statutes of Tezae. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County had a population of lase
'- fl than 20,000 lnhabitante aooording to the la et Federal Ceneue, and that the interests of the
County would be beet served if the County officials of Kerr Covnty are paid on a Salary baei
for the year A.D. 1959. Upon motlon duly made by Commissioner David R. Brewton, seconded by
Commissioner Adolph Bartel anal unanimously approved by the Court, it ie ordered that the
County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, be paid their salaries on the Salary Baeie ae pro-
vided by law for the year A.D. 1959. Further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the
Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Publio
Accounts, Austin, Texas.

sated on a Yee basis for the year A.D. 1959. And upon motion duly made by Commissioner Davis
