On this the 12th day of January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered by the Court the
matter of transferring the sum oY 32000.00 from General Fund to Highway 41 Pund, also the s
of 32000.00 Yrom General Fund to Officers Salary Fund. On motion duly made by Commissioner
David B. Brewton, aeconded by Comdieeioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby directed to transfer the
said some on their respective books.

innate Court of %err County, Teaas, all members of the Court being present, there came on fo
oonsidsratlon the matter of aompeneation oY the various County OYfioiale oY %err County,Teza
for the year A.D. 1959, ae same is provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2 Revised, Civil
Statutes of Tezae. And it appearing to the Court that %err County had a population of lees
than 20,000 inhabitants acoording to the la et Federal Ceaeue, and that the int ereate oY the
County would be beet served if the County oYficislr of %err County are paid on a Salary basi
Yor the year A.D. 1959. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner David B. Brewton, aeoond ed by
Commissioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously appr~sd by the Court, it ie ordered that the
County Officials of %err County, Tezas, be paid their salaries on the Salary Bsaie ae pro-
vided by law for the year A.D. 1959. Further ordered by the Court that the Clerk oY the
Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Publio
