On this the 12th day of January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered by the Court the
matter of transferring the sum of 52000.00 from General Fund to Highway 41 Fund, also the so
of 52000.00 Yrom General Fund to Officers Salary Fund. On motion duly made by Commissioner
David R. Brewton, seconded by Compii eeioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that the Cou..ty Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby direoted to transfer the
