Brewton, eeoonded by Commissioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer,
payable to Alda Dane of gerrvi lle, Texas, in the amount of $25.00 monthly for pauper allow-
ance, from the General Fund at the end of each month, until the further orders of the Court.

Upon motion duly made by Commissioner David R. Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Roger
Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that suoh allowance be made in favor of Fire.

N0. 8170 PAYMENT AND CARE OF RILEY SFIITH, AN INDIGENT INVALID AND MR & MRS OLIVE SANDIFER
Thie the 13th day of Jaaus ry A.D. 1959, came on to be considered by the Court, the
necessity to reimburse Colonial Rest Home for nursing services, board and other means oY
taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid. Also for the care, board and expenses of
Mr. and Mre. Olive Sandifer: Wherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance for past
services in the amount oY $125.00 Łor such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion that such
amount be allowed, payable monthly in advance, out oP General Fund. And that the dum of
$50.00 each Yor Mr and Mra. Olive Sandifer be drawn on General Fund, payable monthly in
advance. Motion was duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by David R. Brewton
and unanimously approved by the Court that such allowances be made until further ordera of
the Court.
