Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that
the County Clerk be, and ie hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer,
payable to Alda Evans of Kerrville, Texas, in the amount oP $25.00 monthly for pauper allow-
ance, from the General Fund at the end of each month, until the further orders of the Court.

Addis Lineeetter and Georgia Stevane, Upon reviewing the expenses incurred, the Court fixed
an allowance, to be continued thereafter while said patients are pro pertly cared for, until
further determined by the Court, se follows:
Sarah Adcock $ 65.00 per month, payable on the 26th, from General Fund
Addis Lineeetter $ 50.00 per month, payable in advance from General Fund
Georgia Stevens $125.00 per month, payable in advance from General Fund
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner David R. Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Reger ~~

N0. 8170 PAYMENT AND CARE OF RILEY SMITH, AN INDIGENT INVALID AND MR & MRS OLIVE 3ANDIFER
This the 13th day of January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered by the Court, the
necessity to reimburse Colonial Reat Home for nursing services, board and other means of
taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid. Also for the care, board and expenses of
Mr. and Mre. Olive Sandifer; Wherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance for peat
services in the amount of $125.00 for such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion that such
amount be allowed, payable monthly in advance, out of General Fund. And that the Bum of
$50.00 each for Mr and Mre. Olive Sandifer be drawn on General Fund, payable monthly in
advance. Motion was duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by David R. Brewton
and unanimously approved by the Court that such allowances be made until further orders of
the Court.
