This the 24th day of January A.D. 1959, came on to be considered by the Court, the nec-
~ity for the appointment of a County Health Doctor for the ensuing two years, and it appear
to the Court that Dr. Doan E. Packard has previously held such position, that he is capat
ling and has shown satisfactory services rendered in the past, and that the discretion oY
Court is that he should be re-appointed. Therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner
id R. Brewton, seconded by Roger E. Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Dr.
n E. Packard be, and he is hereby appointed County Health Officer of Rerr County for the
