and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are
hereby authorised to transfer the above respeotive amounts to Social Security on their books.

ing to the Court that Dr. IDuan E. Packard has previously held such position, that he ie capat
willing and has shown eatiafaotory se rvicea rendered in the past, and that the discretion of
the Court is tha4 he should be re-appointed. Therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner
David R. Brewton, aeoond ed by Roger E. Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Dr.
Doan E. Packard be, and he is hereby appointed County Health Officer of Kerr County Łor the
ensuing two years, retroactive January let, 1959• That the said officer ie hereby directed
to take hie oath oY office in accordance with the law and that a certified copy of this order
be prepared by the County Clerk and forwarded to the State Department of Health, Auetin,Texae

of Roger E. Stone, Commissioner Precinct 4, in the amount of 1340.00 for 2000 cedar stays,
filed against Kerr County, which said claim and account has been approved by the Court for
payment by the County Clerk and County Treasurer out of Highway 41 Fund. By motion duly mad
