eseity for the appointment of a County Health Doctor Yor the ensuing two ye are, and it appear
ing to the Court that Dr. Doan E. Packard hoe previously held each position, that he ie capaY
willing and hoe shown satisfactory torvieea rendered in the past, and that the discretion oY
the Court is thab he should be re-appointed. Therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner
David R. Brewton, eeoonded by Roger E. Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Dr.
Doan E. Packard be, and he ie hereby appointed County Health Officer of Kerr County for the
ensuing two years, retroactive January let, 1959. That the said officer ie hereby directed
to take hie oath of office in accordance with the law and that a certified copy of this order
