On motion duly made by Commissioner Roger E. Stone, seconded by Commissioner David B. Brewton and unanimously approved by the Court, it ie therefore Ordered that such an inde- pendent audit of said books of Kerr County offlcial• be made, covering the years 1955. 1956, 1957 and 1958. o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 8177 APPOINTMENT OF LUTHER ROBERTSOA, AUDITOR On this the 9th day of February A. D. 1959, it appearing to the Court that Luther Robertson of Hunt, Texae, 1e a duly 1loensed Public Accountant of the State of Texae, and it further appearing to the Court that he ie well qualified and a disinterested person; it ie herewith Ordered that the professional eerrrioee of Luther Robertson be engaged for the pur- pose of making an independent audit of the books of all Kerr County officials who receive and disburse funds; said audit to be for the calendar yeara;of 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1958. It ie further Ordered that ae compensation Yor the rendition of hie professional ser- vices, the said Luther Robert eon be paid the sum of 5250.00 per month, beginning on the 26th day of Marsh, 1959, and once each month thereafter in the same amount through October 26,1951 and the sum of 11200.00, payable on November 26th, 1959. as final payment oY his servloee,/ /out of general Fund.
