N0. 8176 AUDIT OF ALL COUNTY BOOKS
On this the 9th day of February, A.D. 1959, Dame on to be heard and considered the
matter of the audit of all of the books oY the Officials of Kerr County, Texae, who receive
and dieburee funds in their respective offices, and it appearing to the Court that no inde-
pendent audit of said books has been made since the year 1954; and it further appearing to
the Court that the interests of the publio would beet be eerved'by having an independent
audit of said books made by a dieintereeted, licensed publio accountant.
On motion duly made by Commissioner Roger B. Stone, seconded by Commissioner David R.
Brewton and unanimously approved by the Court, it 1e thereforeOrdered that such an inde-
pendent audit of said books of Kerr County ofYioiale be made, covering the years 1955, 1956,
1957 and 1958.

N0. 8177 APPOINTMENT OF LUTHER HOBERTSOA, AUDITOB
On this the 9th day of February •. D. 1958, it appearing to the Court that Luther
Robertson of Hunt, Texae, ie a duly licensed Public Accountant of the State of Texas, and it '
further appearing to the Court that he ie well qualified and a dieintereeted person; 1t 1e
herewith Ordered that the professional aexvioea oY Luther Robertson be engaged for the pur-
poee of making an independent audit of the books of all Kerr County officials who receive
and dieburee funds; said audit to be for the calendar yeare;of 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1958.
It is further Ordered that ae aompeneation for the rendition of hie professional ser-
vices, the said Luther Robertson be paid the sum of =250.00 per month, beginning on the 26th
day oY March, 1959, and once each month thereafter is the same amount through October 26,195
and the sum of 11200.00, payable on November 26th, 1959, as final payment of hie eervloee,j
/qut of general Fund.
Said payments to be conditioned upon the rendition of professional eexmioes of astiefaotoxq
quality and completion of said audits on or before the date of final payment.
~ Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Roger Stone, seconded by Commissioner David Brewt~
and unanimously approved by the Court that Luther Robertson be authorized to audit the books
of Kerr County officials, at the above stipulated salary.

Adolph Bartel and unanimously approve8 by the Court that Kerr County purnhaee said land for
the sum of 1900.00, to be paid out of Permanent Improvement Fund.
