N0. 6176 AUDIT OF ALL COUNTY BOOKS
On this the 9th day of February, A.D. 1959, came on to be heard and considered the
matter oY the audit of all oY the books oY the Officials oY Kerr County, Texas, who receive
and disburse Yunde in their reepeotive oYflcee, and it appearing to the Court that no inde-
pendent audit oY said books has been made since the year 1954; and it further appearing to
the Court that the interests of the publio would beet bs served by having an independent
audit oY said books made by a disinterested, 1lceneed publio accountant.
On motion duly made by Commissioner Roger E. 9to ne, seconded by Commissioner David R.
Brewton and unanimously approved by the Court, it ie thereforsOrdered that such an inde-
pendent audit of said books of Kerr County ofYloiale be made, oovering the years 1955, 1956,
1957 and 1958.

N0. 8177 APPOINTMENT OF LUTHER ROBERTSON, AUDITOR
On this the 9th day of February A. D. 1959, it appearing to the Court that Luther
Robertson of Hunt, Tease, is s duly licensed Publio Accountant oY the State oY Tease, and it
further appearing to the Court that he ie well qualified and a disinterested person; it is
herewith Ordered that the professional servioes oY Luther Robertson be engaged Yor the pur-
pose of making an independent audit oŁ the books of all Kerr County officials who raneive
and dieburs• funds; said sudlt to be Yor the oalendar years of 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1958.
It ie further Ordered that ae compensation Yor the rendition of hie professional eer-
vioee, the said Luther Robertson be paid the sum of 1250.00 per month, beginning on the 26th
day oY March, 1959, and once each month thereafter Sn the same amount through October 26,195
and the sum o2 =1200.00, payable on November 26th, 1959. as final payment oY his aervices,J
/qut oŁ general Fund.
Said payments to be conditioned upon the rendition of professional services of satisfactory
~'~~quallty and completion of said audits on or before the date of final payment.

and unanimously approved by the Court that Luther Robertson be authorizad to audit the books
oY Kerr County officials, at the above stipulated salary.
