Court the matter of authorizing the County Judge to attend the Judge & Commiesi oner's Con-
ference in Bryan, Texas, February 24th thru February 27th, and it appearing to the Court
that the attendance at aaid Conference by the County Judge would bs beneficial to hie oYYi
therefore by motion duly made by Commissioner David Hrexton, seconded by Adolph Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Court that Julius R. Neunhoffer, County Judge of Kerr County,
Tezae, be and he ie hereby authorized to attend the Conference.

This the 9th day of February A. D. 1959, came on to be considered the request of the
Tezae Corriedale Aeen., to hold the Southern District Corriedale Show and sale in the Kerr
County Agriculture Building again this year, on June 6th, 1959. Upon motion duly made by
Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by Commissioner V. D. Powell, and unanimously approved
by the Court that permission be granted to use the Agri culture Building June 6th, 1959, at
a cost of Y25.00 plus Janito re services.
