Clerk Funds Depository agreements, eaeouted by the Qhae. Schreiner Bank, bearing date March
11th, 1957.
It appearing to the Court that the County Depository Pledge Contract covering County
Funds, with eecuritiee of $100,000.00 U.S. Treasury 2}z96 Bonds oY 8-15-63r dated 12.:15-54
due 8-15-63, Noe. 3733-34-35-36-37-38-39-40-41 and 3742, and one 8100,000.00 U.3. Treasury
2}i¢ Bond oY November 15, 1961 dated February 15, 1954 due 11-15-61, No. 4578, that the Count;
Clerk should be directed to forward said bonds to the Comptroller of Public Accounts Yor hie

motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by CommiselonerDavid Brewton and
unanimously approved by the Court that the County Depository Pledge Contract covering the
County School and County and District Clerk Trust Funds be approved and the County Clerk be,
and ie hereby direoted to forward the contrac~e covering the County to the Comptroller oY
Public Accounts Yor hie approval and mail a copy of the County Depository Pledge Contract
covering School Funds to the Texas Education Agency, and a copy of each contract with their
approval thereon to the Fgaet National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, and Rational Bank of Com-
merce, San Antonio, Texas, after Yiret being recorded, and that the original contracts ehoul
be retained in the office oY the County Clerk.
