qualified to acoept appointment to the oYYice oY Diatriot Attorney oY the Second 38th Judi-
oial District, and hie further having been administered hie oath oY oYY;oe in the presence
of the Court, and thereafter having submitted hie resignation to the Court, it wsa duly four

therefore on motion made by Commissioner Brewton and duly seconded by Commiesi oner Bartel,
that the Ron. Darrell G. Lochte, a duly licensed and practicing attorney at law oY Kerrville
Kerr County, Texas, be appointed to the said vacancy; and said motion having been carried b9
