qualified to accept appointment to the office of District Attorney oP the Second 38th Judi-
cial District, and hie further having been administered hie oath of office in the ~esence
oY the Court, and thereafter having eubmltted hie reeignatioa to the Court, it was duly Youn
by the Court that a vacancy in fact ezieta in the office of County Attorney of Berr Countyi
therefore on motion made by Commissioner Brewton and duly seconded by Commieei oner Bartel,
that the Hon. Darrell G. Lochte, a duly licensed and practicing attorney at law oY Kerrville
Kerr County, Tease, be appointed to the said vacancy; and said motion having been carried by
