petition of the Kerr County Chamber of Commerce, for the re-naming of the lake on the Guada-
lupe fiver immediately southeast oP the City of Kerrville, commonly known ae Flat Roak Lake
and it appearing to the Court that the said petition should be granted. 2t ie hereby orders
and decreed that said lake, created by the Flood Control Dam, erected aS Damsite "D" on the
Guadalupe River be ofYlaislly named and hereafter known and designated as "Kerrville Lake".

approved.
