petition of the %err County Qhamber of Commerce, for the ra-naming of the lake on the Ouada-
lups River immediately southeast of the City of %errville, commonly known ae Flat Rook Lake
and it appearing to the Court that the said petition should bs granted. It ie hereby orders
and decreed that said lake, created Dy the Plood Control Dam, erected at Damelts "D" on the
Guadalupe River be officially named and hereafter known and designated ae "Kerrville Lake".
