of inoidental expense for the Kerrville Public Library. It appearing to the Court that said
Library renders a service to Kerr County ae a whole, and in their desoretion they should be
granted the sum of 1400.00 for inoidental eapenses, to be paid in a lump sum, upon oompletio~
of 1959 contract. The County Clerk be, and ie hereby directed to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in said amount, payable to the 8errvills Public Library out of General Fund
