S. Highway 87; And it appearing to the Court that under the terms and specifications of Federal Aid Projeot 631-D approved April 12, 1932, ouch a etockpaee was provided for, but due to the the existing financial condition of Kerr County, said etockpaee remained unbuilt although it had been included ae a part of the consideration due to be granted Adolph Stieler for the donati of all necessary lands for the Hight-of-Way aoroes~hie property for said project; And it further appearing to the Court that the now proposed widening of the Right-oY- Way oY U. S. Highway 87 Yrom 100 feet to 200 feet to aocommodate a. Your-lane, divided high way facility plus the greatly accelerated volume and speed of traffic on said highway over and above that antioipated in the year 1932, make the construction oY this etockpaee Łacilit; a necessity to provide the said Adolph Stieler with the measure oY compensation to which he became justly entitled by reason of the physical cleavage of hie property, and it further being a necessity to protect traffic on said highway Yrom the hazard of crossing livestock over the said roadway; It is hereby ordered that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, does hereby agree to and obligate said County to participate on a 50 per cent poet sharing basis with the State oY Texas in building and providing a standard etockpaee (5'x6'6") on the property of Adolph Stieler at Shation 1302+73, on the seotion of U. S. Highway No. 87, being planned for reconetruotion betweem the Kendall-Kerr Oounty line and the Kendall-Kerr County line, and it is hereby requested that the State of Texas participate in the coat of the construot- ion of the above etockpaee facility to the extent oY 5096 of its ooat, with the remaining cos to be borne by Kerr County.
