Oa thle the 30th day oY April 1959, at a Spacial Term oY the Commissioner's Court of
Kerr County, Texas, with a quorum of said Court being present, came to be heard and consider
the matter oY oonstructing a etockpaee Yor the use of Adolph Stieler on the Kerr County sec-
tion of U. S. Highway 87;
And it appearing to the Court that under the terms and speoificatione of Federal Aid
Projeot 631-D approved April 12, 1932, such s etookpaes was provided for, but due to the the
existing financial condition oY Kerr County, said etockpaee remained unbuilt although it had
been included as a part oŁ the consideration due to be granted Adolph Stieler Yor the donati
oY all necessary lands Yor the Right-oY-Way aorose..hie property for said project;
And it Yurther appearing to the Court that the now proposed widening of the Right-of-
Way oP U. 9. Highway 87 Yrom 100 feet to 200 feet to accommodate a four-lane, divided high
way facility plus the greatly accelerated volume and speed of traffic on said highway over
r and above that antiolpated in the year 1932, make the construction oY this etockpaee facilit
a necessity to provide the said Adolph Stieler with the measure of compensation to which he
became justly entitled by reason of the physical oleavage of hie property, and it further
being a necessity to proteot traffic on said highway from the hazard oY crossing livestock.

It ie hereby ordered that the Commissioners Court oY Kerr County, Texas, does hereby
agree to and obligate said County to participate on a 50 per cent coat sharing basis with
the State of Texas in building and providing a standard etockpaee (5'x6'6") on the property
of Adolph Stieler at Station 1302+73, on the seotion of U. S. Highway No, 87, being planned
Łor reconatruotion between the Kendall-Kerr County line and the Kendall-Kerr County line,
and it ie hereby requested that the State oY Texas participate in the cost of the construct-
ion oY the above stookpaee Yacllity to the extent of 5096 of its ooat, with the remaining oo e'
to be borne by Kerr County.

part payment on note executed by Commissioner oY Preoinet No. 1 in favor oY said bank, same
to be paid out of Road & Bridge No. 1 Fund, and leaving a balanca of $3285.00 to said Bank.
