to the account of hie office at the Chae. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, the official
depository bank of Kerr County, Tezse; and it is further Ordered that the Clerk of thle Cour

Tease, and it appearing to the Court that the said amended Sight of Wav Broouremeat Contract
ae submitted on Form D-15-40, by the Tezss Highway Department should be entered into; it ie
hereby Ordered that the said propo eed contract be entered into by Commissioners Court of Kar.
County, Tezse, and that the County Judge be, and ie hereby-authorised and direoted to ezecut~
said oonbraot for and on behalf of Kerr County, Tezse, and that he further be, and ie hereby
