It appearing to the Court that said reports are true and correct and should bs approve ;

OF JUVENILE BOARD OP KEBR OOIINTY
On this the 11th day of May, 1959, it was duly Ordered by the Commiaeioners' Court
that in accordano• with the provisions and authority of House Bill $o. 895, Reg. 9esaion
54th Legislature of the Juvenile Board, that the annual salary of Hon. Marvin Blackburn,
District Judge, bs and the same 1a hereby fixed+at a sum of :600.00 per annum, payable in
equal monthly installments out of Genoral Fund, eifeotlve as of Apr11 let, 1959. I4 le
further Ordered that the County Clerk and County Treasures be, and are hereby[ directed to
issue vouchers on the first day of each month, payable to the District Judge, in payment of
services Yor the preceding month.
