On this the 12th day of May, 1959, in Regular session of Commieeioner'e Court of said
County, came on Yor ezamination of the Quarterly report of E. M. McDonald, Treasurer of Bald
County, for the period beginning on the let day of February 1959. and the same having been
ezamined and compared by the Court, and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that
dnripg the eaifl time the Treasurer had receives for account and credit, and paid out of each
of. the several County Fuade, the amount set forth and leaving a balance to each of said Fund
as reflected in said report, and becomes a part hersaf; and that said amounts received and
paid out of the raspeotiva Funds since the Piling of the preceding report of said County
