We propose that the Kerr County Permanent 3chdol Fund exchange these bonds on a par Yoe
parbaeie for $18,000 Galveston Tease, Independent School Distriot 2-1/4;C Sohoolhouee Bonds
dated June 1, 1950 and due March 1, 1976, oallable anV interest payment date.
If this proposal is aooept able to you, would you please eaeouta this agreement with the
