On this the 13th day of July, 1959, name on to be heard and aoneidered the necessity
of establishing a County Law Library Fund, for the purpose of depositing certain Lase and
the payment of designated claims. Whereupon by motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, sec-
onded by Commissioner Brewton, and unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be directed to set up a County Law Library Fund and all such Lase collected be
directed to said Fund.
