On this the 13th day of July, 1959, Dame on to be heard and considered the necessity
of eatabliehing a County Law Library Fund, for the purpose of depositing certain feee and
the payment of designated elgims. Whereupon by motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, se
oaded by Commissioner Brewton, and unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be direoted to set up a County Law Library Fund and all auoh feee collected be
direoted to said Fund.

Bartel that the County Clerk and the County Treasurer be, and are hereby authorised to issue
transfer in the amount of 3100.00 to the Law Library Pund. unanimously approved.
