On this the 13th day of July, 1959, came on to be heard and considered the matter of
fixing the fees of Special Commissioners in~'iuinent Domain proceedings filed within %err
County, Texas; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue of the terms of House Bill Fo.
289 enacted at the Regular Session of the 56th Legislature, the duty hsa vested upon the
Court to set aside such fees, at a cum of not lase than Zive Dollars ($5.00) for each day
said Commiesionere are engaged in the performance of their duties, it ie therefore Ordered
that effective this date the Yee of such Speclal Commieeionerr.;'in eminent Domaia proceedings

On this the 13th day of July, 1959, name on to be heard and considered the necessity
of establishing a County Lax Library Fund, for the purpose of depositing certain fees and
the payment of designated claims. Whereupon by motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, sec-
onded by Commissioner Brewton, and unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be directed to set up a County Law Library Fund cad all such fees collected be
directed to said Fund.
