wHffitEAS, it further appears that after retaining the sum of 510,083.77 by the State,
there is a balance of $7,403.78 remaining to the credit of 8err County in the Lateral Road
Fund, whlch ie available to Kerr County, to be used' for the construction or improvement of
the Kerr County Lateral Roads.
NOW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Brewton and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County request of the Board of
County C District Road Indebtedness, to forward said funds to the County Treasurer of Kerr
County, and it is further ordered that all oŁ the said funds are here and now earmarked, set
aside and designated to be used by said Kerr County for the purpose of oonstruc ti on or im-
provement of Kerr County Lateral Roads= that the County Treasurer be, and ie hereby directed
to deposit the amount of =7,403.78 or whatever credit is due Ken County, to the Kerr County
Lateral Road Fund.
