WHEREAS, it further appears that after retaining the cum oY =10,083.77 by the State,
there ie a balance of $7,403.78 remaining to the credit of Kerr County in the Lateral 8oad
Fund, whlch is available to Ken County, to be ueed for the oonetruotioa or improvement of
the Kerr County Lateral Roads.
NOw THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Brewton and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County request of the Board of
County k District Road Indebtednee s, to forward said Funds to the County Treasurer of Kerr
County, and it ie further ordered that all of the said Hinds are here and now earmarked, set
aside and deeignated to be used by said Kerr County for the purpose of construction or im-
provement of Kerr County Lateral Roade~ that the County Treasures be, and is hereby direoted
to deposit the amount of 17,403.78 or whatever credit is due Kerr County, to the Kerr County
Lateral Road Fund.
The County Clerk be, and is hereby direoted to prepare a certified copy of this order
