N0. 8383 PERMISSION FOR HILL COUNTRY TELEPHONE COOP TO USE AGRICULTURE BUILDING
This the 14th day oY September 1959, oame on to be o oneidered the request of the Hill
Country Telephone Coop to hold its annual meeting on October 5th, 1959 in the Kerr County
Agriculture Building. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissions.
Brewton and unanimously approved by the Court that permission be granted to use Agriculture
Building on October 5th, 1959, with no charge excepting janitor service before and after the
use of building.

al Funds, shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 476 to /9/ , which are made a

A0. 8385 APPOINTMENT OF R. G. GARY AS KERR COUNTY DOG CATCHER
On this the 14th day of September 1959, oame on to be considered by the Court the
appointment of R. G. Gary se Special Deputy Sheriff, to assist in Dog Tag regiet ration law
enforcement for a period of two months, effective September 14, 1959. Motion duly made by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Brewton and unanimously approved that a salary
of 1100.00 per month be paid R. G. Gary as Kerr County dog catcher, payable out of Dog Tage
Registration Fund.
