On this the 14th day of September 1959r Dame on to be heard and oonsidered the matter
of olaseifying lands in Kerr County Por taz purposes and setting minimum valuations to be
employed by the Tax Assessor of Kerr County, Teaas, in taking renditions for 1960 ad valorem
taxes; and it appearing to the Court that the following minimum standards of valuation ehoul
be employed to seoure Yair, just and equal renditions, it ie Ordered and the Taz Assessor of
Kerr County ie herewith instructed to employ the following minimum values in taking rendi-
tions for 1960 ad valorem taxe e, it being the intent of the Court that the following values
shall be a binding minimum, but shall not be construed ae in anyway constituting a maximum
value. Minimum valuation herewith ORDERED are ae follows to-xit:
Banoh or grazing lands at $5.50, $4.40 and $3.30 per acre, depending on quality;
Cultivated land $16.50 sore;
Cattle $25.00 per head, sheep $3.50 per head, goats $2.50 per head;
Automobiles at 3096 of Retail Hook value Por models 1954 and newer, including those held
by dealers;
All other property, including merohandiee inventories, real estate not otherwi ee herei ~~
mentioned, improvement on all types of real estate, and personal property subjeot to taxatio
