On this the 12th day of October 1959, name on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
report of all monies and Yeea collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to offi-
cers, witnesses or other persona, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending September 28, 1959, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's
Trust Fund in the amount of $4317.22.
Also quarterly report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments rendered and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said County, in the amount of $492.60.
It appearing to the Court that said reporto are in due foam and should be approved;
therefore on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Powell and approved by
the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.
