On this the 12th day of Ootobar 1959, after motion duly made by Commissioner Brewton,
eeonnded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved,. that there is a necessity for the
payment of =40.00 per month to Ieaao Collaso, an indigent, for ezpensee during the times
he ie not yatient in the T. B. Hospital. Wherefore the Court has made allowance for Isaac
Colla ao in said amount, payable monthly by the County Treasurer out of General Fund, and to
