duly made by Commissioner Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved
by the Court present, to retain the professional aervioes of Grover Williams, Regi stared
Profeselonal Civil Engineer of the Trinity Testing Labo ratoriea, at a minimum Yee of seven
and one-half (7i`~) peroent, and not to exoeed a maximum of eight and one-half (8y¢) peroent
of the total construction oo et, to draw plane and speoifioatione for the neoessary repair of
Rock Dam, based on Plan A.
