. 84-09 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECIITE CONTRACT WITH ALLEN KELLEE COMPANY
On this the 31st day of October, 1959, all the members of the Court being present, came
to be heard and ooneidered the matter of repairing flood - - -damages to Flatrock Dam
on Dam Sits D, and
It appearing to the Court that there presently ezlste an emergency which requires im-
diets repairs to e8 id dam eo ae to prevent irreparable damage to County property and immed-
to action to protect the public health and to protect public and private property from
threats of catast rophio damamee.
It is therefore ordered and decreed that en emergency dose in fact ezist and it further
appearing to ffie court that sYter due study and oonpideration the offer of the Allen Keller
Company for the repair and re construction of said dam 1e fair and reasonable and oalouleted
Lo alleviate the existing emergency, and there being now presented to the Court a $~ of pro-
posed cont root with Allen Keller Company ae Cont ra otor, and County of Kerr ae Owner, which
corm wsa read and the provisions thereof duly ooneidered and after some discussion, on motion
by Commissioner Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Powell, the following resolution was passed
