S. Highway No. 87 1n Xerr ounty, Texas; and it appearing to the Court that Adolph Stieler and wife Merle P. Stieler eve duly executed a right of way Deed to the State oY Texas Łor and in co neideration of the ayment of the sum of Five Thousand .Four Hundred Ninety-three and 40/100 Dollars ($5,493.40); nd it further appearing that Lillian Wilke Stieler and Rodolph P. Smith Jr., oo-executors of ~~ he estate of Fritz Stie3.er, Deceased, and Lillian Wilke Stieler, acting individually, have ', my executed a right-of-way Deed to the State oP Texas, for and in consideration of the pay-i ant of the sum of Seventy-four and No/100 ($74.00) Dollars; and it further appearing that th~ aid grantors are now entitled to the payment of said some.
