N0. 8455 ORDE$ TO COMPLETE THE RELOCATION OF PUMPING FACILITIES ON HARVEY MOSTY PROPERTY
On this the 14th day of December 1959, came on to be heard and considered the matter oY
completing the relocation of the pumping facilities on the Harvey Meaty farm oa Flat Rook
Lake; and it appearing to the Court that in reaponee to written notice dated July 29, 1959,
to the effect that said equipment had become inoperable, said original pump and motor had been
reinstalled and connected se per contra ot, abd ae per epeoi£loatione eooepted and stipulated
by the complaining parties, and it further appearing that said property is now owned by Mre.
June Casa, ae an heir of the Estate of Mra. Harvey Meaty, Deceased; and it further appearing
to the Court that said pumping facilities have been relocated ae per accepted and stipulated
epeoificatione and ao ae to place them in a physical, operational location and condition,
substantially the same ae existed prior to the impoundment of Flat Rock Lake, reasonable wear
and tear excepted, and it further appearing that Bald fao111ties had previously been proteote
by a structure, sufYicient to provide protection from rainfall and tampering by unauthorized
persona, it is therefore Ordered that Kerr County proceed to erect euoh suitable, protective
i et ructure for esid Yaoilitiee, ae will give reasonable proteotlon Yrom rain and tampering, ae
ezieted in the original location of said pumping faeilit fee and that same be done immediately
pen request by the owner of said property, and that the erection of said structure be the
final notion of Kerr County, in relocating said facilities. On motion by Commissioner Brewto

. 8456 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF REPUBLIC NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
Thie the 14th day of Deoember 1959, Dame on to be easmined the proposal of Republic
tional Life Insurance Compar{y, to increase the County Group lnsuranoe Plan, including hoapi
lization, surgery and life ineuranoe for permanent employees (excepting all elective offi-
ale) who have been in the employ oY the County for a minimum of 30 days. Also that all
ployeee, including those over 70 years of age receive $2000.00 on liYe policy.
It appearing to the Court that the inoresaed payment will be benafioial and to the beet
