8455 ORDER TO COMPLETE THE RELOCATION OF PUMPING FACILITIES ON HARVEY MOSTY PROPERTY
On this the 14th day of December 1959, oeme on to be heard and considered the matter of
completing the relocation of the pumping facilities on the Harvey Moaty farm oa Flat Rook
Lake; and it appearing to the Court that in response to written notice dated July 29, 1959,
to the effect that said equipment had become inoperable, said original pump end motor had beex~~
reinstalled and connected as per contra ot, abd as per epeoifioationa accepted and stipulated
by the complaining parties, and it further appearing that said property is now owned by Mrs.
June Case, ae an heir of the Estate of Mra. Harvey Moaty, Deceased; and it further appearing
to the Court that said pumping Łacilitiee have been relocated as par accepted and stipulated
specifications and ao ae to place them in s ploy eical, operational location and condition,
substantially the same ae existed prior to the impoundment o2 Flat Rock Lake, reasons ble wear
nd tear excepted, and it further appearing that said faoilitiee had previously been protects
by a structure, sufficient to provide proteotion from rainfall and tempering by unauthorized
persona, it ie therefore Ordered that Kerr County proceed to erect euoh suitable, protective
structure for said faoilitiee, ae will give reasonable proteotion from rain and tampering, ae
~~ eziated in the original location of said pumping faoilitiee and that same be done immediately
pon request by the owner of said property, and that the erection of said structure be the

0. 8456 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF REPUBLIC NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
Thie the 14th day of Deoember 1959, oeme on to be easmined the proposal of Republic
ational Life Insurance Compagy, to increase the County Group Insurance Plan, including hospi
', alization, surgery and life insurance for permanent employees (excepting all elective offi-
oials) who have been in the employ of the County for a minimum of 30 days. Also that all
mployees, including those over 70 years of age receive 82000.00 on life policy.
It appearing to the Court that the increased payment will be beneficial and to the beet
! ntere at of Karr County; on motion made by Commissioner Brewton, seconded by Commissioner

it ut of General Fund, for the amount of premium of each employee. Motion carried.
