On this the 14th day of December 1959, oame on to be heard and ooneidered the matter oY
mpleting the relocation of the pumping facilities on the Harvey Moety Yarm oa Flat Rook
ke; and it appearing to the Court that in response to written notlce dated July 29, 1959,
the effect that said equipment had become inoperable, said original pump and motor had been
installed and connected ae per contract, abd ae per epeolfioatione accepted and stipulated
the complaining parties, end it further appearing that Bald property is now owned by Mra.
ne Case, as an heir of the Estate of Mrs. Harvey Moaty, Deceased; and it further appearing
the Court that said pumping facilities have been relocated as per accepted and stipulated
e oificatione and ao ae to place them in a physical, operational location and condition,
bstantially the same ae existed prior to the Impoundment of Flat Rook Lake, reaeona ble wear
d tear excepted, and it further appearing that Bald faoilitiee had previously been proteote
a et rupture, sufficient to provide proteotioa from rainfall and tampering by unauthorized
raona, it is therefore Ordered that Kerr County proceed to erect euoh suitable, protective

on request by the owner of esid property, and that the erection of said atrueture be the

. 8456 OBDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF REPUBLIC NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
This the 14th day of December 1959, oame on to be examined the proposal of Republic
onal Life Insurance Compax~y, to lncreaee the County Group Ineuranoe Plan, including hoapi
zation, surgery and life insurance for permanent employees (excepting all elective oŁfi-
e) who have been in the employ of the County Łor a minimum oŁ 30 days. Also that all
oyeee, including those over 70 years of age receive $2000.00 on l1Ye policy.
