On this the 14th day of December 1959. oame on to be heard and ooneidered the matter oP
completing the relocation oY the pumping Yaoilitiee on the Harvey Mosty farm on Flat Hook
Lake; and it appearing to the Court that in response to written notlce dated July 29, 1959,
to the effect that said equipment had become inoperable, said original pump and motor had bee
reinstalled and connected ae per contract, abd ae per speoifioations accepted and stipulated
by the complaining partlea, end it further appearing that said property 1s now owned by Mre.l
June Case, ae an heir of the Estate of Mra. Harvey Mosty, Deceased; and it further appearing
to the Court that said pumping facilities have been relocated ae per accepted and stipulated
epeoificatione and eo as to place them in a physical, operational location and condition,
substantially the oame ae existed prior to the impoundment of Flat Hock Lake, reaeona ble wear
and tear excepted, and it further appearing that said facilities had previously been proteote
by a structure, sufficient to provide protection from rainfall and tampering by unauthorized
persona, it ie therefore Ordered that Kerr County proceed to erect auoh suitable, protective
~, et ructura for said Yaoilitiee, ae will give reasonable protection from rain and tampering, ae
~~ eziet ed in the original location of said pumping Yaoilitiee and that oame be done immediately

This the 14th day of December 1959, oame on to be eaamined the proposal of Republic
tional Life Insurance Company, to increase the County Group lneuranoe Plan, including hoepi
lization, surgery and life in auranoe Łor permanent employees (excepting all elective oPfi-
als) who have been in the employ of the County Łor a minimum of 30 days. Also that all
ployees, including those over 70 years of age receive $2000.00 on life policy.
