to the L'ourt that the Special Deputies applied for are willing to parYorm such duties with-
out any coat to Kerr County; that said officer should be allowed to make said appointments
and that this Court should enter a confirmation for same; therefore, by motion duly made by
Commissioner Powell, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court,

The Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, Texaa, in Special Term, convened on December
I 21st, 1959, and did take under advisement the matter of increase. in salaries per annum for
the County Clerk and County Taa Assessor end Colleotor for the year 1960, and publication
ordered pursuant to Artiole 3883i. Motion duly made by Commiaeioner Powell and deeonded
by Commi saloner Stone that an increase oP 1700.00 per annum for eaoh official be paid, out
