The Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, Teza e, in Special Term, convened on December
21st, 1959, and did take under advisement the matter of inoreass in salaries per annum for
the County Clerk and County Taa Assessor and Colleotor for the year 1960, and publication
ordered pursuant to Article 3883i. Motion duly made by Commissioner Powell and deconded
by Commiaeioner Stone that an increase of :700.00 per annum for sash official be paid, out
of Officere~ Salary Fund. Motion parried.
