tax deputies to assist in issuing poll tax receipts throughout Kerr County, and it appearing
to the Court that the Special Deputlea applied for are willing to perform ouch dut iea with-
out any cost to Kerr County; that aaid officer should be allowed to make aaid appointments
and that this Court should enter a confirmation for same; therefore, by motion duly made by
Commlesioner Powell, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court,
