care, wit neeaee or other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitle
thereto, Por the period ending Daoember 31, 1959, and held on depoelt in the County Clerk's
Trust Fund in the amount of ;4022.52.
Also quarterly report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Feee, Judgments rendered and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk oY said County, in the amount of 5723.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are is due form end ahould be approved;
therefore on motion by Commie ei onar Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Powell and approved by
the Court, and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

Th1e the 11th day of January, 1960, came on to be ezamined by the Court the claim of
Trinity Testing Laboratories, in the amount of 11040.00, for Engineering service of Grover ~
Williams, and construct ion supervision of Harold Jona• for Flat Roak flood damage repair.
Said claim approved for payment of 1990.00 to Harold Jones for 18 days Resident Supervision,
and 150.00 for field trip of Grover Williams, and ordered that the County Judge issue 1959
Flood Control Emergency Repair Warrants to cover same, on motion made by Qommiesionar Brewto
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved.
